TESTIMONIALS
Omar Aldhuhoori
Senior Analyst, Group Finance
After graduating from university with a degree in finance the Maseeraty program was a great
way to integrate and adapt to a new stage in my life from academia to employment. The
program allows you experience different functions and roles within your field through rotation
programs and incentives you to take on trainings and certifications relevant to your function.
Being a part of Group Finance I was privileged to be a part of both the Financial Governance &
Reporting department & the Financial Planning & Business Reporting department which
allowed me to gain skills and competencies revolving around financial analysis, performance,
and reporting while also having a strong understanding of how the two departments work
together. During my time in the program, I was also supported in being a part of the
Ambassadors Program to qualify as an official representative of the company to external and
internal stakeholders which allowed me to further grasp a stronger understanding of Mubadala.
It was truly a worthwhile experience that gave me the opportunity to not only develop within
my department but also enriched me with the skills needed to further excel in my career for the
long-term.

The Maseeraty program ensured our development as new joiners. We were supported and
guided as we were taking the first steps into our careers. You might ask yourselves what your
goals and aspirations are, and where do you even start; being part of Maseeraty helps lay out a
structure towards an abundance of opportunities to get you to being the professional you aim
and hope to be. Along the way, you will find many who will contribute to the forging of your own
unique learning and career path - from managers, mentors, colleagues and more. Take the
chances and remember when you look up to where you are heading, ask yourselves “where is
the ceiling when the stars are just the beginning?”.
