Financial Analyst Program (CFA)

The Financial Analyst Program is designed for candidates who are interested in building their career in
investment and portfolio management.

The program offers a strong foundation of advanced investment analysis and real-world portfolio
management skills, by bridging real-world practices and theoretical knowledge. You will be trained by a
leading professor who is a member of the board of governors at the CFA Institute. You will also have the
opportunity to sit for the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) level 1 certificate.

Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Track (ACCA)

The ACCA is a leading international accountancy body specializing in finance and accounting, organizational
management, and strategy. The ACCA track will prepare you to go through the ACCA certification, while
simultaneously completing an on-the-job rotation program.

Certified programs in Internal Audit and Human Capital tracks are also available, however these tracks are
offered based on business need and performance to existing Maseeraty staff members.

Fresh graduates who are interested in pursuing careers in Mubadala’s corporate units can develop their skills
and hone their interests through rotations with teams within their unit of specialization, including
Communications, Ethics & Compliance, Human Capital, and Corporate Services.
