               Embarking on a career with Mubadala involves a comprehensive process designed to match your skills and aspirations
               with our needs. While specific steps may vary depending on the role, you can generally expect the following:


               1.  A Pre-screen call with our recruiter.
               2.   Assessment phase I – Aptitude tests.
               3.   Interviews with manager and team members to gauge fit and expertise.
               4.   Assessment phase II – Business case exercises or presentations other tests, tailored to the role.
               5.   Final interviews with Executive Directors for a deeper dive into alignment.
               6.   Background verification and other checks to ensure mutual suitability.


               This process usually takes between 6 - 16 weeks . 1
