Rota das Bandeiras

Rota das Bandeiras was incorporated in 2009 to operate a single highway concession of 297km in São Paulo, Brazil.

Rota das Bandeiras serves c.90 million vehicles annually and ranks first in national survey of service quality. MIC invested alongside Mubadala Capital to collectively own c.82% stake in Rota das Bandeiras assets.

The Rota das Bandeiras Concessionaire took over the administration of the Dom Pedro Corridor on April 2009, through a concession contract signed with the São Paulo State Government, valid for 30 years.

The Dom Corridor Pedro is located at a strategic point for the flow of national production, ensuring the connection of Vale do Paraíba with the Metropolitan Region of Campinas (RMC) and the Circuito das Frutas. It encompasses 17 cities in one of the most developed areas in the country, which has 2.5 million residents
