Mubadala, together with an Ardian-led club, has acquired a 60% interest in three iconic retail properties in Paris from French luxury goods group Kering. Kering retains a 40% ownership in the portfolio.

The portfolio includes a property on Place Vendôme and two other properties on Avenue Montaigne, leased to luxury brands such as Boucheron, Valentino and Saint Laurent.
