Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, part of Mubadala’s network of world-class healthcare facilities, is a multispecialty hospital offering critical and acute care services, reducing the need for patients to travel abroad for specialized treatment.
Mubadala Health established an agreement with internationally renowned, US-based Cleveland Clinic, to bring Cleveland Clinic to Abu Dhabi in line with the government’s Economic Vision 2030 to develop a robust, world-class healthcare sector in the Emirate.
Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi has four Centers of Excellence, for Stroke, Adult Cardiac Surgery, Adult Multi-Organ Transplants, and Oncology – Breast Cancer. The hospital is organized into eight specialized Institutes: Heart, Vascular & Thoracic; Neurological; Cancer; Digestive Disease; Medical Specialty; Integrated Surgical; Integrated Hospital Care; and Diagnostic. These institutes are supported by key departments, including Research, Education, Quality & Patient Safety, and Nursing.
The facilities at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi combine state-of-the-art amenities and world-class service standards. The hospital is 406 licensed beds, including 90 critical care beds; 26 operating rooms; royal suites; and the Fatima bint Mubarak Center, a dedicated cancer facility offering comprehensive diagnostics and advanced treatment. It is a physician-led medical facility served by North American board certified (or equivalent) and Health Authority-Abu Dhabi licensed physicians.
