Ahmad Bin Adi Appointed CEO of Al Taif Technical Services

Al Taif Technical Services PJSC, a leading Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services provider for defense-related systems, wholly owned by Mubadala, announced today the appointment of Ahmad Mohamed Bin Adi as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Ahmad was promoted to the role of CEO having worked with Al Taif as Performance Director since its establishment in 2006. Former Al Taif CEO, Cyril Asaad Arar, will now serve as the head of the defense services portfolio for Aerospace and Engineering Services at Mubadala.

Prior to joining Al Taif, Ahmad worked with the UAE Armed Forces in the areas of Maintenance, Studies and Contracts. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University at University Park, USA, and a Master of Science in Engineering Systems Management from The American University of Sharjah, UAE. Ahmad is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), Project Management Institute (PMI) and American Society for Quality (ASQ).

Commenting on the appointment, Homaid Al Shemmari, CEO of Aerospace and Engineering Services at Mubadala, said:

Ahmad Bin Adi commented:
