Mubadala invested into Asper Dorothea (Dorothea), Asper Investment Management’s (Asper) investment vehicle for the Dutch district heating platform Energie voor Elkaar (EVE).
Dorothea is targeting to deploy more than AED 2.1 billion (€ 500 mn) into building a portfolio of district heating networks across the Netherlands.
