On your mark, get set, and reach for the stars.

If you’re a space enthusiast or an engineer looking for a fun activity that caters to your interest, then get ready to go to infin-ity and beyond with Yahsat’s very own SatGames.

SatGames is a satellite race challenge that will put your agility, teamwork, and prob-lem-solving skills to the test.

On Friday, August 10th 2018, participants will work in teams to assemble a satellite model, mount it onto a launch vehicle, and maneuver it through an obstacle course.

Teams will be assessed based on the low-est combined time score and the condition of the satellite.

There’s plenty of prizes up for grabs, but it’s the team with the fastest time and the most intact satellite that will win an all expense paid trip to the Kennedy Space Center, USA.

Do you think you have the physical and technical abilities to win the race to space? Then sign up your team before reg-istration spots fill up.

To register, you must be 16+ years of age and have a team of 3 ready to participate.

Don’t forget to invite your family and friends to join the event and cheer for your team.

There will loads of fun activities for eve-ryone to enjoy, including; space-themed carnival games, live entertainment, food trucks, and even a kids corner for the little space enthusiast.

Doors open at 2:30 pm, and the first race commences at 4:00pm. Winners will be announced at 9:00pm.
