For example, Strata’s commitment to investing in talent can be seen in the participation of its engineers in a nine-month training program at Boeing in the United States, focused on manufacturing engineering and design and stress engineering, while the ‘Fani wa Aftekher’ vocational program for Emirati youth by Turbine Services & Solutions (TS&S) aims to train and educate future ‘doctors of the sky’ as proud technicians for the aerospace industry.
