While working remotely during the COVID-19 outbreak could raise some challenges, Mubadala’s Enterprise Technology Solutions unit has been playing a key role in providing efficient and seamless technology solutions and tools to support the Group’s workforce.
Faris Al Qubaisi, Vice President, Service Transition & Operations at Enterprise Technology Solutions, talks through the steps the unit has taken to ensure working from home is more productive for employees across all assets, one of which is providing staff with laptops along with necessary licensing for online meeting tools and video conferencing.
Gogem Artug, Senior Vice President, Head of Service Transition & Operations highlights how Enterprise Technology Solutions has taken extra measures to ensure that technology solutions can address the Group’s needs by providing cutting-edge technology to accommodate townhalls, signing agreements and employee events.
The unit has also offered video conference solutions to assist employees and has extended this service to its assets.
