Mubadala owns 50 percent of the Los Angeles-based Viceroy Hotel Group, a boutique and luxury hotel management company with properties around the world.
Viceroy Hotel Group specializes in one-of-a-kind lifestyle experiences in sought-after destinations. The Group has more than a dozen properties in North America, the Caribbean, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, including L’Ermitage Beverly Hills, the Viceroy New York and Yas Abu Dhabi, the iconic hotel that straddles the Formula One track and marina on Yas Island. The latest addition to the group is Viceroy Palm Dubai, which opened on the 31st of March 2017, and has 477 room hotel that consists of over 100 condominiums.
Viceroy is the cornerstone of Mubadala’s international hospitality portfolio, and vital to its strategy of diversifying Abu Dhabi economy’s hospitality sector and further developing the emirate as a luxury travel destination. Mubadala owns 50 percent of Viceroy.
