The company also has a long-term interest in China, where in 2010 it developed a chemical logistics complex in Shanghai for Abu Dhabi-based Borouge, a leading international plastics manufacturer, with a 10-year agreement to manage the facility. Mubadala holds a minority interest in Agility Abu Dhabi.
